In this crazy world, where a once “small” town like Lexington has grown exponentially, it’s so refreshing to find a true business that gives the kind of customer service and familiarity of yesteryear! Having elderly parents with a myriad of medications, there’s always worry that something will be missed or overlooked. Chains can’t or don’t help with that issue. Karen truly cares, with a heartfelt concern you won’t get at any pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. She and her co-workers have worked diligently FOR my parents, easing my worries and concerns. I’ve found the perfect pharmacy and would be remiss if I didn’t recommend this hidden gem to others! You won’t regret it! Thank you for all your help!

i have been getting all of my prescription needs taken care of here for years. They go out of their way to make sure your meds are filled and are ready for you when you arrive. It is also really nice when your pharmacist knows you by name, it makes you feel more open to asking questions which you may not otherwise ask a stranger..love all u guys!

I was referred by a co-worker and WOW! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly. What a bunch of sweet caring people! There aren't too many stores in the area that know who you are but Karen and staff know you by name. Their pricing is sooooo much cheaper than most chain pharmacies too. I paid $118.58 for an RX elsewhere that Pharmacy Shoppe only charged me $17.30 for. Same pills and quantity. Not only are they less expensive but they are fast and have a delivery service too. Well worth a try. I know I'll be staying as a regular!!!

The Pharmacy Shop is the best pharmacy we have ever experienced. We have used pharmacies across the country where we have lived and not one has surpassed the customer service, kindness, professionalism, knowledge of Clarence and Karen. They and their staff are a pleasure to know. It is the ideal pharmacy for anyone that needs a little or a lot and is suited well for long-term medical needs. I would invite you to give them a try. No disappointments, I'm sure.

Since moving to Lexington we have used three different Pharmacies. We like to use a pharmacy near home. The Pharmacy Shop has been the friendliest by far. It’s nice to be called by your name. Service is great.

Clarence is devoted to his customers! He’s been on Southland dr for over 50 years, he made sure that my parents got their meds when they couldn’t get out. I know everyone in the pharmacy and they know everyone by name. I’ve been to other pharmacies in the past but this is the friendliest group and I’ll keep coming until they close their doors!

I am so thankful changes in my prescription coverage forced me to look at other pharmacies including the Pharmacy Shop. They are detailed, informative, and most personable. They follow through on every need taking time to provide thorough explanations when needed. They allow me to feel most confident at all times.

It is so important to support independent pharmacies like this one! The owners and employees know me when I come in. They are informed about what my family members and I need. It is so rare to receive personal service like this, and so critical for good health. I can’t recommend the Pharmacy Shop highly enough!

I have been going to the Pharmacy Shop for close to 25 years. Clarence and Amanda are both knowledgeable pharmacists who really care about their customers. The rest of the staff is wonderful and always helpful, they have all become dear friends. I would recommend the Pharmacy Shop to anyone who wants a small town feel with staff who genuinely cares. I would not go anywhere else.

Clarence Sullivan is one of the best Pharmacists I have had the pleasure of knowing. Even when busy, he will take time to answer a phone call about medication concerns. When I cannot pick up the medications, he has them delivered. I have never been in his pharmacy when I was not greeted with a smile and a hello. If you are looking for a pharmacist who cares about your health and well-being and treats you as family, Clarence Sullivan, with the Pharmacy Shop on Southland Drive is the person you need to see.
